CAMP ACTIVITIES

The camp starts every day at 9am and ends at 3pm. Please make sure to drop off and pick up your child accordingly. Lunch breaks are from 12-1pm and needs to be prepared. Training takes place under any weather conditions, except lightning. Dress your child accordingly.

Rugby Skills: Ball Handling, Kicking, Passing, Lines of Running

Defensive Skills: Tackling Technique, Line Speed, Small Talk, Lines of Running

Position Specific Training, Strength & Conditioning, SAQ, Agility

Games, Team Organization, Special Plays

SPECIAL ACTIVITIES

Throughout the camp you will get to learn the Savi Tau. Together as a group we will perform the Savi Tau on the last day of the camp.

We are also inviting you to join us for a traditional Samoan Barbecue which will be hosted by Freddie Tuilagi himself.
